This facility also enables passengers on flights from Paris to remain within France – as if they had taken a domestic flight.
Geneva Airport has a single terminal which is coupled with the longest runway in Switzerland to provide the capability for more than 190,000 aircraft movements each year. Around 10 million passengers pass through the airport every year and there are direct flights from Geneva airport to more than 100 destinations, via 50 scheduled airlines and 100 charter airlines.
The terminal building is home to more than 60 shops and other services – including a comprehensive selection of car hire and rental companies, offering rentals from both the French and Swiss sides of the airports (specify when booking).
